It's just hair

This morning I donated my hair to Locks of Love. Thankfully my friend Nicolle joined me. She made sure I didn't freak out, and encouraged me throughout the process. I was very brave and did not cry, in fact I was excited that my long locks could be put to good use. I am still skeptical of my new 'do, but hey, I can handle any hairdo for about 18 days...after all, it is just hair.

You know I'm not a lover of short hair, but you really look cute.

Later, please don't do comparative head photos of you and Scottie. Remember, I'm the twin...Not you.

Love,
Dad

You look absolutely beautiful...long hair, short hair, purple hair, pink hair, it really doesn't matter. I love ya babe, and hate your having to go through this, but know that God never gives us more than we can handle. Your a super strong person Max. Anytime you need to talk, or even just cry, know you have friends/family here for you. Call me anytime. Take care, and keep your spirits high.

Dude!

I really had no idea that you looked so good with short hair. REALLY! I dig the wigged out thing in the back especially...

I read the whole blog and I have to say that I know you are going to be okay, because you really are strong enough to get through this. Your friend Crystal is right about God too...

I know it's bad timing with school coming and all, but I'll be there for ya when you need me. Obviously you are going to be super busy what with the school, your business, and the treatments. So just let me know when you need a fav and I'll be there for ya:)

Keep smiling my friend

Max, I LOVE you with short hair! I mean I love you with long hair, but I think you look so great with your new hair! I hope that things are going as best as they can for you right now. I'm missing you especially much whenever I walk into my new school and your not there. :-( But at least now I have the internet at home so I can check up on you all the time! Love you lots!

Hello,

I am touched by your story. What state are you in? Google won't let me sign in, for some reason, so I'm leaving this as anonymous. But anyway, my name is Layne and I hope your battle will be won. Btw, you look beautiful both with long and short hair. You remind me of Brooke Langton. Anyway...

Keep the spirits up. If you ever pass near Albany Ga dinner is on me.

Max-
You just about have me running out to get my hair cut short again. Just wish I could wear it as nice as you do. You look hot hot hot girlfriend. Good thing you are on the first floor and I am in the basement. The school needs to spread us out a little to keep us out of trouble this year since I have some free time after being done with YSU.
Honestly.....Sarena and I have been praying so very hard for you Max. I admire what you did for yourself last year and the strength/determination that it took. Now you just have to reach down deep once again for this battle. I love your ambition, your laugh, your knowledge and more of all your will. Please know that I will do whatever I can for you at anytime. Please count on me......I am only down the stairs and to the left.
Keep the faith strong and it will hold for you...
Love you girlie~!~
